I see only portion of the site on my screen and have to scroll to see the rest. Why? |
| It is advised to have a screen resolution of 800 x 600 to have the full width of the page. Yet, it is normal to be able to view part of the page length only, and you have to scroll down to be able to view all information on the page.

Do I have to enter my telephone number in listing a property? |
| When listing a property it is required that you enter your telephone number, and probably your mobile number. This is the way that clients will be able to contact you at, and bayti can send you SMS alerts to your mobile phone.

How much does it cost me to list my property on bayti? |
| Listing your property is absolutely free. You only have to sign up once at bayti, and you will be able to list as many properties as you want, with up to 1 (one) property photo per listing. For added value services and advertising space, please contact support@bayti.com.

Can I modify my listings? |
| Yes you can edit, modify, or delete your listing at your convenience.

Can anybody else take my business if I list on bayti? |
| It is very unlikely. You are the contact for the listed property, and you are not asked to provide the owner name. To a viewer, you will be the only contact. It is the same scenario as a newspaper advertisement, except that it is free and more explicit.

Is there any finder or commission fee for bayti? |
| NO. Selling and renting is purely between the property owner (or representative) and the party interested in buying or renting the property.

How long does it take a property that I enter to be posted? |
| The listing process includes a verification stage by bayti in order to eliminate false and unacceptable listings. The successful listing takes normally 24 hours to be posted on the site.

In which currency are prices listed? |
| Prices are listed in the currency chosen when the property listing was created. Currency converter is available to allow you to convert to the currency you desire. Prices are directly hyperlinked to the Currency Converter tool.

What exactly is the difference between a property listing and a “wanted” listing? |
| If you desire to sell your property or rent it to someone, you list this property in the PROPERTY listing where people can see it. If you are looking to buy or rent a property you can put your requirements in the WANTED list where property owners or their representatives can see.

If I enter property-related information in only one language, does that mean my property will never appear to users browsing bayti in the other language? |
| bayti features a unique and proprietary engine that guarantees information to be returned to the website visitor no matter what language the visitor chooses. Sometimes, a Property Details page would contain a combination of both languages.

What is the reference code that appears in my listing’s details? I don’t recall being asked to enter one… |
| This is a special unique code, randomly generated by bayti. It serves as a unique identifier of listings on bayti, especially when contacting our Customer Service personnel with inquiries.

Can I purchase or rent properties online on bayti? |
| No. We currently don’t have the capabilities to run these types of transactions.

Do I have to enter my telephone number at sign up? |
| You can enter your phone number to complete your profile, but IT IS NOT REQUIRED. Only if you think entering your phone number will add value to our communication with you, you can enter it.

Why is my mobile number required? |
| It is not required. It is preferable to include it; bayti may send you SMS alerts about clients’ queries about your listed property. Note that the mobile phone number you enter for SMS reasons is never exposed on the website.

I entered my username and password and get an incorrect login message, why? |
| You have to enter the complete email address that you signed up with and the password exactly as you entered it during sign up. Passwords are case sensitive, and there is a difference between capital and small letters. If you still can’t sign in, click on the “forgot password” link.

How long does it take my sign up account to be active? |
| If you are providing a valid email address, your account will be activated at once.

What if I forget my password? |
| Simply click on “forgot password” during sign in, or send an email to support@bayti.com .

Can I save the searches that I perform in order to reuse them later, and do I need to be registered to make use of this? |
| Yes, you can save the search criteria of any search you perform. However, you have to be a registered member to be able to benefit from this service due to the fact that the saved searched are tagged to the user profile of the member. This is mandated by security and privacy concerns and precautions.

I’m a realtor. What do I benefit if I signup with bayti? Is there a realtor signup? |
| Yes there is. Realtor services on bayti are referred to as Agent Services, accessible through the Agents Central. Agents get a pampered treatment at bayti. Agents get a special website that offers visitors all the tools to allow them to get in touch with the realtor they would prefer to deal with. Additionally, a property owner registered at bayti can designate an bayti agent to be able to view his profile (property listings) in order to assess their value and offer better advice.

Can I designate certain listings that I have on bayti to be viewable by my real estate agent who also happens to have an “agent” account with bayti? |

| We are working on a chat service to allow members to chat with real estate agents that are online.

Does bayti respect my privacy? Is my information shared with others? |
| Your email address, as well as all information entered during sign in will be kept confidential. It will not be sold to a third party, or used directly or indirectly by bayti for commercial or advertisement purposes; it will be used in communicating with you regarding your business with bayti.

What information does bayti collect from unregistered users? |
| The required information is a valid email address, your first name, address, and age. You can also enter additional information: full name, phone, fax, mobile, and preferred language for page interface and correspondences.

What information does bayti collect from signed up users? |
| Signed up users are only required to provide the sign up email address and password at sign in time.
